Motiv (wie abgebildet): Dampflokomotive Ty51-7 der PKP Polen in Rozwadov oder direkter Umgebung
Aufnahmedatum: Sommer1976
Qualität: Es handelt sich um ein Amateurdia. Trotzdem ist die Qualität besser als auf dem gezeigten Low-Resolution-Scan. Der Copyright-Schutz ist natürlich nicht auf dem Dia.
Nutzungsrecht: Uneingeschränkt incl. Abdruck, Veröffentlichung etc.. Der Fotograf ist verstorben, eine Namensnennung ist nicht notwendig.
Herkunft:Ich habe im Rahmen der Recherche für meine Bücher "pomnik parowóz - die polnischen Denkmaldampflokomotiven" und "Das deutsche Dampflokerbe" gleich mehrere Nachlässe mit historischen Eisenbahndias übernommen. Überschüssiges, thematisch nicht zu meinen Projekten passendes Material biete ich hier an und hoffe, wer anders erfreut sich daran.
Hinweis: Eine digitale Kopie des Dia verbleibt beim Verkäufer. Der Verkäufer alleinig behält sich vor (aber plant es aktuell nicht), das Motiv zu seinen Lebzeiten in einem Druckerzeugnis jedweder Art irgendwann einmal selbst zu veröffentlichen. Eine Veröffentlichung in Online-Medien jedweder Art erfolgt keinesfalls.
Status / Steuer: Da eBay der wohl richtigen Meinung ist, dass der Verkauf von überschüssigem Material eine gewerbliche Tätigkeit ist, handelt es sich hierbei um einen gewerblichen Verkauf. Der Artikel und die Versandkosten enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer i.H.v. 19%. Standardmäßig versende ich keine gedruckten Rechnungen. Sollten Sie eine solche zwecks Umsatzsteuerausweis benötigen, schreiben Sie mir bitte eine kurze Nachricht.
Sammeln? SEHR GERNE und ohne Nachricht möglich.
BITTE aber nur für 30 Tage und maximal 40 Artikel, da sonst das Versand- und Rechnungssystem nicht mehr mitkommt. Es ist technisch danach nicht mehr möglich (leider), Versandrabatt für alle Artikel zu gewähren. Für die Verbuchung einer Versandüberzahlungs-Rückzahlung benötige ich etwa 40 Minuten (!) Arbeitszeit pro Fall. BITTE vermeiden Sie das!

Versand unter diesem Wert unversichert auf Ihr Risiko oder alternativ für 2,00 ? Aufpreis (bitte Nachricht schicken) als Einschreiben.
EU (incl. Schweiz & Großbritannien): 1-5 Bildartikel: 2,00 Euro. Ab 6 Bildartikel 4,00 Euro. Versand ab 100 Euro Warenwert als versicherte Warenpost International Premium.
Weltweit: Bis 40 Bildartikel 6,00 Euro als versicherte Warenpost International Premium.

Unless otherwise stated, this item comes from the estate of a deceased railway friend. It is an amateur photo, but it is usually better than the preview image scanned at a low resolution. Unless otherwise stated, the sale includes copyright for free use. I reserve the right to keep a digital copy of this image and possibly (currently but not planned) publish it myself in a printed book. Under no circumstances will it be published online.
Status/Tax: Since eBay is probably of the correct opinion that the sale of surplus material is a commercial activity, this is a commercial sale. The item and the shipping costs include the statutory German sales tax within the EU. 19%. By default I do not send printed invoices. If you need one for VAT purposes, please send me a short message.
