There is no limit to how many items you can combine as long as the total parcel weight (including packaging and wrapping) does not exceed 15 kilograms, which is the maximum shipping weight for parcels shipped from Australia with Australia post. In the instance your order exceeds the 15 kg limit, we will need to send your order over multiple packages. Please keep this in mind.

PAYMENT
Please complete payment within 5 days of winning or purchasing your items. Orders will be cancelled after 5 days of winning or purchase if payment has not been received. Please note that repeat incidents of non payment will result in being blocked from making future purchases.

If in the instance that you feel the total price of the item or shipping is to high please don't feel like you have to commit to a purchase right at that moment, you might want to take a bit of time to take advantage of our bulk/multiple item discount and/or combined shipping to maximise value and to get you a better deal. But please do understand that these beauties are unique items and once they are sold we can not replace to get another one and each piece is a one of. We cannot swap out pieces from parcels/material as what you are buying and seeing on screen is what you get.
Please keep in mind that this is an auction listing and what you choose to bid up to is your responsibility and decision. We take no responsibility for what you decide to place as your maximum bid, the quality of the rough cannot be changed if you bid a higher value as what you are buying is "as is". Please have prior knowledge and understanding of the material and bid accordingly to what you think the value of the parcel is.

We do not refund items for a simple change of mind, please be certain of what you are buying and the value you are willing to commit to. In the instance of a refund please note it will only be issued if the item is returned in original condition and only the item price will be refunded minus shipping costs, also return postage costs will be at buyer's expense and returned with a tracking number. Please be aware of what you are purchasing. Any gemstone rough can only produce what the rough allows and not what you think it should cut or produce. The stone can only be cut to what the stone is and if unsure please do not cut and seek advise and only cut when certain and confident but still please be aware of risk in cutting. As all cutters are aware, not all stones will cut and react the way you wish, flexibility and adaptation can sometimes be required when cutting and what you want cannot be forced onto a stone if not possible. Once a stone is cut it cannot be uncut, neither can colour be put back on when rubbed off or gone. So please be sure when cutting, as the saying goes "measure twice cut once." Also if a cutter wishes to explore and rub off colour that is there thinking there is more colour inside of it/underneath the initial face seeking the possibility of better colour and it doesnt work out, we do not take responsibility, it is in the cutters responsibilities and risk taken. The rough can only produce what the rough can produce, nothing more, nothing less. Sometimes you have to cut to how the stone wants to be cut and not what you want if the stone is not capable of it - for example if the rough is best for carving, dremmel cut or specimen, a standard cabochon cannot be achieved to maximise result/best result possible.
A refund can only be accepted if the items are proven incorrect or faulty. A simple change of mind or not what you expected are not grounds for a refund. So please be sure of what you are committing to purchase.
