We have found that the sizes provided on clothing to be a very frustrating remise way of measuring an items true size. Between the different brands and the different styles they offer, a single size can have a huge range of different fits.
That why we believe the best, and only way to guarantee a size is by measurement. The measurements are included above and we ask that you check these before making your purchase so you can ensure a good fit, and save yourself the hassle and cost of having to return items.
These measurements are our method of sizing, and override any stated size in the listing. We will list the size of an item based on its measurements, not the size written on the label, so there may be some disparity between the two. For these reasons, any issues where an item doesnt fit, is entirely the customers responsibility assuming the provided measurements are accurate. We really want to make sure that your items fit well, and we believe this is the best and only accurate method.

If you receive the item and there is any undisclosed damage/wear/marks that affect the quality of the item in any way, please get in touch with us via message and we will work with you to either provide compensation or a pre-paid returns label.
If you have received the item and you arent happy with, for example: the fit or style, and would like to return the item. Please get in touch via message and we can provide you with a returns label.
Where the item is being returned for a reason outside of our control, for example fit, sizing or personal choice, the cost of the returns label will be deducted from the refund value, however if the item sizing has been incorrectly described, return postage would be covered by us.
Given that full measurements are included within the description, and buyers are advised to check these measurements before purchasing, any request for a return based on sizing under the reason code -Doesnt Match Description- will be rejected. This includes where an item is missing a size label and an estimation for the size of the item has been made. Given that full measurements are included, you have the oppourtunity to ensure an item fits correctly before purchasing.
