This 1875 quarter-sheet letter penned and remise signed by Francis E. Spinner comes from the family scrapbook of William A. Keegan, an attorney for the American Bank Note Company.

Overall excellent condition and appearance. Very light indication of previous mounting along the folded edge. Typical but very light horizontal letter folds, entirely unobtrusive. Mentioning for accuracy a light diagonal crease not visible in the scan from mid-left edge and fading above "Keegan" — thus well clear of the signature.
